The rooms are spacious and equipped with a fully equipped mini kitchen featuring a big fridge, exactly as shown in the photos, with 2 queen beds. The service is impeccable with efficient room service, attentive housekeeping, laundry facilities, and helpful tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience is excellent, especially the Welsh pastries on offer. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything a guest could need for a comfortable stay.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The room had a fully equipped mini kitchen with a big fridge, a fantastic view, and 2 queen beds, perfect for our group. Being on the upper floors gave us a great perspective of the city, but it might be a bit difficult for those afraid of heights.
